CNC Machining Services
Omnimetics currently operates 8 HAAS VF mills. Our HAAS VF-2 mills include both SS and TSC capabilities, as well as our VF-4 mill includes the TSC and 4th axis designs. We can provide CNC Turning services that require a CNC lathe with the HAAS SL-20 and HAAS TL-3 machines.
In addition, Omnimetics utilizes the Mori Seiki SL-150 SMC with live tooling and sub-spindle, an SL-200 with sub-spindle, as well as a Mori Seiki CL-200 and Mazak QT-250 to provide a wide range of CNC milling and turning services.
With all operations located in the heart of the Energy Corridor in Houston, Texas, you can depend on quick production and fast turn-around times from Omnimetics.
